1.How do I qualify for free shipping?

Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $40 (not including promotions).

Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5~8 business days after the order is placed using DHL eCommerce. In some instances, USPS may be used based on location. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders (for orders under $40)

We also offer FedEx Express (3-4 business days), and FedEx 2nd Day Air at additional costs.

Note that orders with express shipping are still subject to our processing and handling time of 1-2 business days

2.When will my order ship and where does Dr. Scholls ship from?

We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).  

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from vpprnoflen@iubridge.com with tracking information within 24 hours. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.   Dr. Scholls ships from the Northeastern USA.

During high-traffic times such as holidays and promotions, shipping may take a bit longer than usual. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at vpprnoflen@iubridge.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

3.What shipping methods does Dr. Scholls offer?

We also offer FedEx Express (3-4 business days), and FedEx 2nd Day Air at additional costs.

4.Does Dr. Scholls charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to New York, New Jersey, and California

5.Can I cancel or change my order?

Dr. Scholls cannot alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the address or the shipping method.   

If you need to cancel an order, please refuse the shipment by taking it back to your local post office unopened, and email vpprnoflen@iubridge.com with your order number and tracking information.

6.Can I return my purchase?

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. US return shipping is free of charge and on us. Dr. Scholls allows 30 day returns for all product except for those listed below. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including packages that are shipped to Canada.   

*Please note that single-use products are eligible for return only if it is unused and in its original packaging. 

Items not eligible for return include:

Starter Kits, Merch, Box Sets, Routine Kits or Mystery Boxes, limited edition products, and jumbo sizes are final sale and ineligible for return.

All Cyber Week purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
